The hotel's location is amazing, with a lovely view across Princes Street to the Castle, though the rooms can be a bit drafty and the paintwork is a bit grubby in places. The service was good, with professional and friendly staff who possess good knowledge of local food and drinks. The hotel offers dry cleaning, housekeeping, welcome drink, and tours/ticket assistance. The location is the most significant asset, right on Princes Street. However, the dining experience was disappointing, with dried-up food and stained chairs. Overall, the hotel is clean, comfortable, and central, offering value for its prime location.

My stay at the hotel was overall fantastic. The rooms were clean and the bathroom was lovely and spacious, which was a great touch. The view from the back wasn't ideal as it faced a building site, but it didn't affect my positive experience. The full hot breakfast was a delightful surprise, and the staff were incredibly polite, helpful, and always cheerful. I couldn't find fault with the service or the hotel. Thanks, David!

The hotel staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, both during check-in and check-out. They even stored my bags after I checked out since my train was later in the day, allowing me to explore the city without lugging my luggage around.
Location

The hotel offers acceptable rooms with decent value for money, though the internet could be slightly improved. The service is attentive and helpful, ensuring a positive experience overall. situated in a fantastic location near the railway and within walking distance of key attractions. The dining experience, while delicious, may feel a bit limited. Overall, a convenient choice for travelers.

Rooms

The dining experience was delicious but somewhat limited in options, lacking fresh fruit salad. The meals were served in a beautiful dining room setting.
Facilities
The hotel lacked food facilities on-site and had additional costs for delivery services, though it did provide traditional fish dishes.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The location is superb, allowing easy access to everywhere, including shopping and dining spots. The rooms had stunning views of the Scott Monument on Princess Street, with a perfect hot shower. However, there was an early wake-up call due to workers making noise. The service was great, especially accommodating my jet-lagged self for a late meal. The dining experience left something to be desired due to limited options. The hotel facilities were satisfactory.
